All I really want is a pre-WWI apartment with high ceilings and good light where I can paint, near a nice café where I can write, loiter, drink too much coffee and make friends with the other regulars and staff.

In progress. This time I'm not stopping no matter how much I'm liking the bottom layer. I've got more experimenting to do. Fooling around on grocery bags was a good idea. My submissions to the CBC Short Story prize are In-Progress, which means I didn't fuck-up the submissions. Now to wait six months for the rejection ;-)
