Archival fun. Installing Windows XP was a bit of a red herring, but gave me enough of a clue that the Zip disk was formatted with HFS (no +) and I needed an old enough version of Mac OS to read it. OSX 10.5 on an emulated G4 Power Mac – Success!

It's *starting* to look like what I had in mind. Because I was trying something I haven't done before, it's taking a long time. I am definitely going to have to practice what I have planned for the purple part of the background on something else, because it involves a material I've never worked with before.
