1.) Except where a bedroom door provides access directly to the exterior or the suite is sprinklered, each bedroom shall have at least one outside window openable from the inside without the use of tools or special knowledge.

"Professionalism" is a set of rules designed to allow people with limited social skills to coexist in places they'd rather not be, doing things they'd rather not be doing.
(Something that occurred to me when I worked in the HSBC cubicle farm next to a loud and flatulent individual.I just came across it in an old notebook.)
