The input screen. Note the little button by the main body of the entry. This condenses the subject line and inserts it as part of the query string postpended to the filename of the 1x1 gif. If it isn't pressed it happens automatically when the document is previewed. The button was written first and then I made it automatic later. This is the one feature Semagic won't do for me.
This a later additions for inserting LJ user link as a full URL rather than the <lj user="whoever"> format so I can display people's real names rather than show the usernames. the other ones are for inserting links to the Gothic BC photo gallery that I use a lot on

This is the older stock HTML feature. Essentially the same functionality as the macros in Semagic.

This is how the posting works. Basically it is a preview in the built in HTTP stack that is part of the Notes client. I can make last minute edits before posting. The other thing that is useful here is I can post, go back to the preview, change the toggle from LiveJournal to DeadJournal and repost the same text. Semagic doesn't have anything like this, but it's easy enough to run two concurrent sessions and copy-and-paste from one to the other.
