MY crazy uncle Tale' once was found shotting a pistol wildly around his

home. When ask what he was doing he replied, "I am keeping the elephants

away." He lived in northern Wisconsin. It was pointed out to him that

elephants are not exactly likely home invaders. Uncle Tale' retorted,

"see, it is working!!!!!"

Be carefule with echinacea, use it wisely. Daily use, in my opinion, is

not a good option because it reduces the effectiveness because your body

adjusts to the active chemicals.

Blessed Be!!

>all the best.

Exactly...all the bad press Paxil is getting is not necessarily deserved. Paxil has saved my life and I have little or none of the side effects; except for the occasional insomnia. A lot of the problem with ADs causing side effects is that people start out on too high of a dose. I am always amazed to meet people who start on 30-50 mgs of Paxil. My Pdoc's attitude has been ' let's start low and work our way up in dosage if need be."

What do you think: Y2K is a myth perpetrated by computer nerds who otherwise

would not remain employed. Face it, some of the worse (and I admit best)

employees are computer nerds, but they can't be fired...at least until 1/2/00
